At Laurentina Jewelry, we ship our pieces within Mexico and also internationally (subject to availability). If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to see if we can ship there.
We offer several shipping methods: standard, express, and insured shipping. The cost will be calculated in the cart at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected method. During certain promotions, we may offer free shipping above a minimum amount.
Delivery times depend on the destination and method. Generally: Domestic standard shipping: 3 to 7 business days. Domestic express shipping: 1 to 3 business days. International shipping: 7 to 20 business days (may vary due to customs). We will send you a tracking number when we dispatch your order.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, it may be possible to change the address. Please write to us as soon as possible with your order number and the new address. If it has already been dispatched, we cannot guarantee the change.
Yes. All shipments include tracking. For high-value pieces, we recommend also selecting the insurance option so the shipment is protected against loss or damage.
We accept returns or exchanges within 15 calendar days after delivery. For the return to be valid, the jewelry must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging. Customized or engraved products cannot be returned (unless there is a defect).
Contact us by email or through our returns form, indicating your order number, name, and reason for the return. We will send you instructions. Once we receive and verify the item, we will proceed with the exchange or refund.
The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used, within 5 to 10 business days after we receive the item and verify that it meets the conditions.
Generally, the customer covers the return shipping, except in cases where the jewelry has a manufacturing defect, in which case we will cover the return shipping.
Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects (faulty soldering, clasps, settings that come loose due to structural issues, etc.).
The warranty covers structural defects originating from manufacturing. It does not cover wear and tear from normal use, impacts, exposure to harsh chemicals, loss of stones due to misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Contact us as soon as possible. We will request photos of the defect and tell you how to proceed for repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the case.
Clean your jewelry with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid overly abrasive products. For noble metals and precious stones, we recommend using mild, neutral solutions or periodic professional cleanings.
We suggest a professional check-up every 1 to 2 years, depending on use. In these check-ups, they can readjust settings, polish surfaces, and check clasps.
It is not recommended. Chlorine, salt, and harsh chemicals can damage the metals or affect the setting. It is best to remove the pieces before exposing them to these conditions.
Store them in individual cases or soft cloth pouches to avoid scratches. Keep them away from direct light and excessive humidity.
Yes, we can engrave names, dates, or messages on selected pieces, as long as space allows and it doesn't affect the integrity of the piece.
The price depends on the number of characters, font type, and piece. We will provide the cost at the time of the order.
Yes. On small pieces, space is limited, so messages must be short (e.g., up to 15-20 characters). We also avoid offensive texts or those that infringe on rights.
We will include a size guide (mm, equivalences) on the website and in each product description. We can also advise you on how to measure your finger with a string or tape.
Natural colored gemstones are formed under unique geological conditions, which involve variations in their chemical composition, inclusions, and crystal structure. Therefore:
1. Trace elements and internal chemistry: A gem's color doesn't come from its pure mineral but from impurities incorporated during its formation (chrome, iron, etc.). Different amounts can produce different shades.
2. Effect of light: The type of light (natural, LED, etc.) affects how we perceive color. The same gem can look different under different lights.
3. Cut and orientation: Some gems show different colors depending on the angle from which they are viewed (pleochroism). The cut's orientation can emphasize certain tones.
4. Natural variations: Each gem is unique in saturation, intensity, and uniformity. Two gems of the same type can have subtle differences.
5. Treatments: Some stones receive treatments to enhance their color. For these reasons, the gem you acquire may show a slight difference from the photos, and that is precisely the beauty of nature: each stone is unique.
At Laurentina Jewelry, each piece is crafted with certified precious metals, sourced exclusively from legal suppliers who comply with strict international standards of traceability and ethics.
For our collections, we primarily use 925 sterling silver and gold vermeil, handcrafted to achieve refined finishes and exceptional durability.
For our engagement rings, we exclusively use 18-karat gold and 950 platinum, high-end metals renowned for their purity, resistance, and timeless elegance. These alloys not only enhance the brilliance of the gems but also ensure that each piece retains its splendor over the years.
The natural colored gems come directly from specialized cutters, guaranteeing authenticity and excellence. For engagement rings, we work with diamonds and colored stones certified by the GIA (Gemological Institute of America). The GIA issues certificates for diamonds from approximately 0.15 ct, rigorously evaluating cut, color, purity, and weight.

Gold vermeil (or silver vermeil) is a 925 sterling silver base coated with a thick layer of gold, applied through a high-quality plating process.
For a piece to be considered “vermeil”, it must meet specific standards:
- The base must be genuine 925 silver.
- The gold layer must be at least 10 karats, although at Laurentina we use higher purity gold plating to achieve a warmer, more durable tone.
- The coating thickness must be greater than that of common gold plating, offering greater resistance to wear.
This material combines the luminosity of silver with the refinement of gold, creating sophisticated pieces at a more accessible price than solid gold, but with excellent quality and presence.
